When you book a package with Rizz Holidayz UK Ltd, you are entitled to the following rights under the UK Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018:

  • Pre-contractual Information – Before concluding the package travel contract, travellers will receive all essential information about the package, including details of the travel services, accommodation, and any other services included.

  • Responsibility for ServicesRizz Holidayz UK Ltd is fully responsible for the proper performance of all travel services included in the contract.

  • Emergency Contact – Travellers will be provided with an emergency telephone number or contact point where they can reach Rizz Holidayz UK Ltd or the travel agent at any time.

  • Transfer of Package – Travellers may transfer their package to another person, subject to giving reasonable notice and payment of any additional costs that may apply.

  • Price Changes – The price of the package may only be increased if specific costs rise (e.g., fuel prices) and only if expressly stated in the contract. Any price increase must be notified no later than 20 days before departure. If the increase exceeds 8% of the total package price, travellers have the right to terminate the contract without penalty. If the contract allows for price increases, travellers are also entitled to a price reduction if the relevant costs decrease.

  • Termination & Refunds (Before Departure)

    • Travellers may terminate the contract without paying a termination fee if any essential element of the package (other than price) is significantly changed.

    • If Rizz Holidayz UK Ltd cancels the package before departure, travellers are entitled to a full refund and, where appropriate, compensation.

    • Travellers may also terminate the contract without paying a fee in exceptional circumstances, such as serious security problems at the destination that are likely to affect the package.

    • Travellers may terminate for other reasons before departure, but in such cases, an appropriate and justifiable termination fee may apply.

  • Changes After the Start of the Package – If significant parts of the package cannot be provided as agreed after the start of the trip, Rizz Holidayz UK Ltd will offer suitable alternative arrangements at no extra cost. If services are not performed in line with the contract and this substantially affects the package, travellers may terminate the contract without a termination fee.

  • Compensation & Price Reductions – Travellers are entitled to a price reduction and/or compensation where the travel services are not performed, or are improperly performed.

  • Assistance in DifficultyRizz Holidayz UK Ltd is obliged to provide assistance if a traveller experiences difficulties during the package
